This hotel was a great find in a bustling city. the value for money was exceptional, with reasonable prices for such a comfortable stay. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the clean and spacious rooms to the delicious Cumbrian sausages served at breakfast. Lastly, the location in the loveliest residential neighborhood made for a peaceful stay. The staff were friendly and the service was top-notch, with the host, Roy, providing us with lots of local knowledge. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it.
All was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.

I recently had a fantastic weekend break in this hotel in Carlisle. the location is perfect - situated in the loveliest residential neighborhood of the city. Secondly, the service and staff were excellent, providing attentive and friendly service throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable, with a comfortable bed ensuring a good night's sleep. And of course, the breakfast was delicious, with a range of options including the best Cumberland sausages.
My stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I believe could be improved.

Friendly and hospitable hosts who went out of their way to provide recommendations for local attractions and restaurants in the area. the breakfast was delectable, with options for a full and satisfying meal. the location was perfect, situated within walking distance to the attractions and landmarks of the town.
The room lacked proper storage space for clothes, and the toilet had flushing issues that would not always work adequately.
